You’ll complete the Take Care assessment, which kicks off your reflective journey. Your coach will review your results ahead of time and come to the session with targeted questions designed to help you identify what needs to shift.
The session starts with a moment of grounding. Then we’ll use your Take Care results as a jumping off point for the conversation. We’ll explore your results across the Five Dimensions of Well-being, and answer any questions you have.
Through powerful questions, you’ll uncover the shift that will create the most positive impact in your well-being and create a sustainable action plan for making that shift.
Your coach will send over your action plan and any resources that might support your shift. You’ll also get a check-in email 30 days after your session for an extra dose of accountability and support.
Shift Sessions are $150 for a 60 minute, virtual session.
Shift Sessions are open to anyone who wants to take a more intentional, sustainable approach to deepening their self-care and personal development.

At Inner Workout, we believe you are your own best expert. The coach isn’t the star of the show. You are! Expect to do most of the talking as your coach offers reflective, perspective-shifting questions.
Once you’ve chosen your shift, your coach may offer relevant resources to support your journey. Currently, Shift Sessions are one-on-one with our founder, Taylor Elyse Morrison. She is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach as well as a Certified Wayfinder Coach.
You can reschedule your Shift Session up to 24 hours before the session is scheduled to start. We do not offer refunds for no-shows.
